Cardiac Care Facility to Start Soon at Lokbandhu Hospital

Lucknow: Lokbandhu Raj Narayan Combined Hospital celebrated its 15th Foundation Day in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak as the chief guest. Addressing the gathering, the Deputy CM announced that cardiac treatment facilities would soon be made available at the hospital. He directed the hospital administration to prepare a proposal as per government norms, assuring swift approval to ensure timely treatment for heart patients.

On the occasion, a Kayakalp felicitation ceremony was organised, during which doctors and healthcare workers were honoured for their outstanding services. Emphasising the hospital’s importance for the densely populated Kanpur Road area, Pathak said continuous efforts were being made to provide quality healthcare to residents.

He stated that facilities such as ECG, Echo and Troponin tests would be introduced, along with the deployment of specialist doctors and paramedical staff. The Deputy CM inaugurated a Liquid Oxygen Plant, registration counters and an EICU, which will operate with Medanta’s support. He assured there would be no shortage of budget or resources to strengthen services, as rising OPD and inpatient numbers reflect growing public trust.
